POTS & BEYOND: AUTONOMIC DISORDERS FOR PATIENTS & CAREGIVERS

Dysautonomia International invites you to a Dysautonomia Patient & Caregiver Education Day being held in collaboration with the University of Utah School of Medicine and Granger Medical on September 21, 2019 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Guests will hear presentations from the top experts and learn how to get involved with Dysautonomia International's advocacy and awareness projects. This is also a great opportunity to meet local families from our Utah Support Group. 

Please note, while medical professionals are welcome to attend this course, continuing medical education credits are not being offered for this course. However,  there is a separate Continuing Medical Education (CME) course for licensed medical professionals the day before the patient program that does offer CME credits. Please invite your doctors, school nurses and other medical professionals to attend the Friday CME course.
