The event is a closed course through Bur Mil Park trails. The course is suitable for wheelchairs, strollers, etc. Restrooms near our registration area will not be open until 9am, so please keep this is mind if you plan to arrive early. Alternate facilities that are open earlier are available at the entrance to the park. There is plenty of parking in the area surrounding the two shelters.

There will be one water station at the half way point on the course. Additional water will be available. As a reminder – all participants, especially those with dysautonomia/POTS are encouraged to stay hydrated.
As this is a smaller race, if you anticipate potentially having health issues during the event, please inform us of this during packet pick up. We will do our best to help you prepare. We have both a first aide volunteer and an RN available should the need arise.
Liability Waiver
A completed waiver is required to participate in the Dysautonomia Dash. To save time, we suggest you complete this waiver form and bring with you.
Once the 5K & 1mile participants have finished we will have both an award ceremony as well as a raffle. Certificates will be presented to the overall top 3 placed participants. We anticipate being able to do this by 11:15, however reserve the right to wait until every participant is finished. For the raffle, every registered individual receives one entry with their registration, additional tickets are available for $1 per ticket or 8 tickets for $5.
