Dysautonomia International is pleased to offer the following Continuing Medical Education (CME) course during our 7th Annual Conference in Philadelphia this summer in collaboration with Stony Brook University School of Medicine. Please note, the CME course is for licensed medical professionals and currently enrolled graduate students in the health professions.

REGISTRATION FEES
Early Bird Fees On or Before June 15, 2019
Fees for Licensed Medical Professionals:
$200 - CME Only (Saturday)
$400 - CME + General Conference Registration (Friday-Sunday)
Fees for Currently Enrolled Graduate Students in the Health Professions:
$100 - CME Only (Saturday) - Grad Student Pass
$300 - CME + General Conference Registration (Friday-Sunday) - Grad Student Pass
Regular Pricing After June 15, 2019
Fees for Licensed Medical Professionals:
$250 - CME Only (Saturday)
$450 - CME + General Conference Registration (Friday-Sunday)
Fees for Currently Enrolled Graduate Students in the Health Professions:
$100 - CME Only (Saturday) - Grad Student Pass
$350 - CME + General Conference Registration (Friday-Sunday) - Grad Student Pass
We recommend registering early, as the Conference and CME event sell out in advance each year.
Conference and CME registration fees will not be refunded after June 26, 2019 for any reason. Prior to this date, fees can be refunded less a $20 service charge per registration to cover the cost of processing the registration and refund. Registrations are not transferable. If you have already paid for your registration and would like a refund on or before June 26th, please contact us at conference@dysautonomiainternational.org.
WHO CAN ATTEND THE CME?
You must be a licensed medical professional or currently enrolled graduate student in the health professions to register for the CME course. Valid student ID will be required for individuals registering for the graduate student pass. We encourage patients, caregivers and other guests to register for our general Conference being held the same weekend. Many medical professionals join us during the general Conference too.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The CME course and general Conference will be held at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in Philadelphia, PA. The hotel is located in the heart of Centre City in downtown Philadelphia. A block of rooms is being held for CME participants at a discounted rate. Nightly rates (not including applicable taxes) are $161 per night for single/double occupancy.
Preferred rates are available on a first come, first serve basis until July 3, 2019. Once the room block is full, room are subject to availability at the current market rate. Guests are responsible for booking their own hotel reservations. Please wait to receive confirmation of your conference registration prior to booking your hotel room. Your confirmation email will contain a link to reserve a room at the discounted rate.
MEALS
Dysautonomia International will provide CME guests with lunch at the hotel on Saturday afternoon. Additionally, the hotel has a beautiful bar and restaurant, Bank & Bourbon, and there are many affordable food options within short walking distance of the hotel, including the historic Reading Terminal Market, which has over 24 restaurants and dozens of food vendors to choose from.
TRANSPORTATION
The hotel is about 25 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and 10 minutes from Amtrak's 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. Taxi, Uber and Lyft services are available. Self parking is not available at the hotel, but there are several self-park locations within two block radius of the hotel. Valet parking is available at the hotel for $49 per day.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
If you'd like to explore the area, Philadelphia has some amazing sites to see and things to do. The discounted hotel room rate is available a few days before and after the conference if you may want to extend your stay to check out more of Philadelphia.
